The total room number of the hotel is 287 in 13 different room models that comprises 118 standard rooms, 149 single rooms and 20 suite rooms, in details 28 rooms in 2nd floor, 59 rooms in 3rd and 4th floor, 79 rooms in 5th floor and 42 rooms in 6th floor. The area of rooms includes 36 sq m (standard rooms), 32-52 sq m (single rooms), over 64 sq m (suite rooms) that contains 110 sq m (Yuanzhou suite rooms) and 373 sq m (presidential suite rooms).

Yuanzhou hotel contains 1000 dinner seats in Chinese restaurant, Café, hall bar, East Express and 23 luxury Chinese dinner boxes. Also the number of multifunction rooms, meeting rooms and leisure rooms is 10.
